Sustainable Banking Professional

Crédit Agricole is seeking a highly skilled Sustainable Banking Analyst to join our team in Madrid. As a key member of our Sustainable Banking team, you will play a crucial role in originating and executing sustainable finance transactions.
Key Responsibilities- Business Development: Establish strong relationships with our business lines and clients to identify and generate business opportunities.
- Solution Design: Develop tailored solutions and pitch our comprehensive sustainable finance product offering to clients.
- Mandate Execution: Structure and execute mandates originated by our business lines, in partnership with our clients.
- Market Engagement: Foster close relationships with key stakeholders in the market, including ESG rating agencies, investors, and other banking actors.
- Market Expertise: Maintain a high level of expertise and knowledge on the sustainable finance market to position Crédit Agricole as a leading player.
- Team Collaboration: Build efficient and trustworthy working relationships with our business lines and the Sustainable Banking team in France and abroad.
- Additional Tasks: Perform any other tasks necessary to support the growth and development of our Sustainable Banking activity in Iberia.
- Commercial Presentations: Prepare high-quality discussion materials for clients, including commercial presentations, benchmarks, and analysis of extra-financial and climate data.
- Advisory and Structuring: Contribute to the execution of advisory or the structuring of sustainable finance mandates, including drafting Green/Sustainability Financing Frameworks and monitoring Second Party Opinions.
- Market Analysis: Participate in the analysis of key market developments, including methodologies of ESG Agencies, climate scenarios, and market trends.
