We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sustainable Banking Analyst to join our team at Crédit Agricole CIB. As a key member of our Sustainable Banking team, you will play a crucial role in identifying and generating business opportunities, defining tailor-made solutions, and executing sustainable finance mandates.
Key Responsibilities- Set quality relationships with Business Lines and clients' Senior Bankers to identify and generate business opportunities.
- Define and pitch Crédit Agricole CIB's sustainable finance product offering and follow-up on commercialization.
- Structure and execute mandates originated, in partnership with concerned Business Lines.
- Set close relationships with market stakeholders, including ESG rating agencies, investors, and other banking actors.
- Maintain an excellent level of expertise and knowledge on the sustainable finance market to maintain Crédit Agricole CIB as a major actor.
- Set efficient and trustworthy working relationships with Business Lines and Sustainable Banking team members.
- Handle tasks necessary for the proper processing and development of Sustainable Banking activity in Iberia.
- Prepare discussion materials with clients, including commercial presentations, benchmarks, and analysis of projects eligible for Green, Social, or Sustainability Loans/Bonds.
- Contribute to the execution of advisory or structuring of sustainable finance mandates, including drafting Green/Sustainability Financing Frameworks and monitoring Second Party Opinions.
- Participate in the analysis of main developments, including methodologies of ESG Agencies, climate scenarios, and market trends.
- Be less than 28 years old.
- Be graduated with a Master's Degree.
- Be an EU citizen (except Spanish).
- Postgraduate of a Master's Degree from a Business School or University with a specialization in Sustainability, Banking, or Finance.
- First experience in Sustainable Banking or in a Corporate and Investment bank.
- Strong interest in Sustainable Finance and/or environment & climate topics.
- Excellent Knowledge of MS Office.
- Fluent French and English.
- Fluent or intermediate level in Spanish.
- Ability to communicate, analyze, and summarize.
- Rigor and sense of organization.
- Apprehension of results and priorities.
