- Education: Master's degree in a relevant field, such as sustainability, banking, or finance.
- Experience: First-hand experience in sustainable banking or a corporate and investment bank is essential.
- Language Skills: Fluency in French and English, with intermediate Spanish skills.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication, analysis, and summarization skills, with a strong sense of organization and results-oriented approach.
