About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Guest Experience Agent to join our team at Four Seasons Hotel Madrid. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, responding to their needs and requests, and ensuring that their stay with us is nothing short of unforgettable.
Key Responsibilities- Provide personalized service to guests, responding to their needs and requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist guests with check-in, check-out, and other front office activities, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience.
- Handle guest complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner, resolving problems and ensuring guest satisfaction.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure that guest requests are met and exceeded.
- Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front office area, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment for guests.
- Stay up-to-date on hotel services and amenities, providing guests with accurate and helpful information.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge, ensuring that you are equipped to provide exceptional service to our guests.
- Experience in luxury hospitality operations, with a proven track record of providing exceptional service to guests.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
- Fluency in English and Spanish, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
