Job Summary
Td Synnex Europe Services And Operations S.L.U. is seeking a highly skilled Cloud Marketplace Activation Lead to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a pivotal role in onboarding and supporting software vendors to establish their presence on the Microsoft Commercial Marketplace.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with software vendors to navigate the onboarding process for the Microsoft Commercial Marketplace, including account setup, product listing creation, and validation of technical and business requirements.
- Provide guidance and enablement to vendors not familiar with the two-tier distribution model, assisting them in understanding the nuances of channel strategy implementation and optimizing their approach for marketplace success.
- Ensure vendors adhere to Microsoft's guidelines and policies for listing and selling software on the marketplace, providing guidance on licensing, pricing, and security standards.
- Connect vendors with relevant internal and Microsoft teams to provide technical assistance in resolving platform-related issues, troubleshooting integration challenges, and optimizing product listings for maximum visibility and performance.
- Serve as the internal go-to-person for operational support on Microsoft marketplace onboarding tasks, including SaaSOps, SaaS LCM, and private offer management.
- Assist colleagues with inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and facilitating smooth processes.
- Develop and deliver training programs, workshops, and resources to educate internal stakeholders across local entities on the Microsoft Commercial Marketplace, enabling them to provide effective support to vendors and drive revenue growth.
Requirements
