Training Manager, Transcatheter Mitral Program Lead

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Training Manager to lead our European Internal Training Program for Transcatheter Mitral and Tricuspid Therapies. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and delivering a best-in-class training program that supports the growth and development of our internal team members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive training strategy that aligns with our business objectives and ensures the competencies of our internal team members.
  • Design and deliver training programs that utilize education principles and technical expertise to increase competencies about technical content.
  • Continuously assess and evaluate the effectiveness of our training programs and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Establish and maintain training project timelines and drive communication to stakeholders.
  • Objectively measure the effectiveness of educational tools, resources, and programs and lead the implementation of improvements.
  • Support the creation and review of training content to ensure it is targeted to the appropriate audience.
  • Manage new product launches and ensure readiness in all internal training aspects.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in a health-related field, with 8 years of experience in the healthcare industry, or Master's Degree or equivalent in a health-related field, with 6 years of experience in the healthcare industry.
  • Cardiology/Structural Heart expertise and experience.
  • Imaging - Echocardiography knowledge is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Proven ability to design and deliver trainings about medical devices for cardiology, ideally structural heart interventional cardiology.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop relationships to drive alignment of objectives and coordinate, build consensus, and persuade others.
  • Proven knowledge and expertise in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Excellent documentation, communication, and interpersonal relationship skills.
  • Strict attention to detail.
  • Ability to interact professionally with all organizational levels.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Project management skills.
