Job Description

Job Title: Quality Assurance Manager

Company: Philippine United Pharma Corp.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Manager to lead our Quality Control Team and ensure the overall Quality Control Program of our Manufacturing meets customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
  • Lead the Quality Control Team in assessing and identifying quality risks, and develop strategies to mitigate them.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality control procedures are integrated into product development and manufacturing processes.
  • Develop and maintain quality control documentation, including standard operating procedures, test methods, and calibration records.
  • Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with quality control procedures and regulatory requirements.
  • Investigate and resolve quality control issues, including out-of-specification (OOS) test results.
  • Develop and implement corrective and preventive actions to address quality control issues.
  • Provide training and development opportunities to Quality Control Team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Stay up-to-date with regulatory requirements and industry developments, and implement changes as necessary.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as chemistry, biology, or pharmaceutical science.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in quality control or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements, including Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
