We are seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team at Eviosys, a leading company in the industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and developing all aspects of site quality.

Your Mission at Eviosys

The Quality Assurance Specialist will be responsible for:

  • Ensuring the implementation, control, and improvement of quality policies and procedures.
  • Ensuring the quality of products in a section with limited welding analysis technology.
  • Promoting a safety, health, food hygiene, and environmental culture.
  • Leading and developing the Quality Control team to improve organizational efficiency in terms of quality.
  • Guaranteeing the comprehension and application of quality tools, protocols, and procedures to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Providing management with information on the performance of the quality system, including relevant incidents and non-conformant products.
  • Analyzing quality incidents, investigating root causes, and developing solutions to monitor until completion.

About You

This position requires a strong work ethic and a safety mentality. The ideal candidate will have:

  • 3 years of experience as a Quality Coordinator/Technician, preferably in the industrial sector, in the canning industry.
  • A university degree and master's degree in engineering, biology, environmental engineering, or a similar field.
  • Ability to achieve change and decisions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good knowledge of auditing and/or managing audit processes.
  • Pragmatic skills in process capability analysis (Statistical Process Controls).
  • Excellent communication and influencing organizational skills.
  • Management by objectives.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Management and safety-first attitude.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish, with any other language being an advantage.
  • Good knowledge of SAP.
