Key Responsibilities- Quality Policy Implementation: Develop and implement quality policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Product Quality Assurance: Conduct regular quality audits and inspections to ensure that products meet quality standards.
- Safety and Health Culture: Promote a safety and health culture within the organization by identifying and mitigating potential hazards.
- Team Leadership: Lead and develop the Quality Control team to ensure the continuous improvement of organizational efficiency in terms of quality.
- Customer Satisfaction: Ensure that customer requirements are met and exceeded by implementing quality control measures.
- Incident Analysis: Analyze quality incidents, investigate root causes, and develop solutions to prevent future occurrences.
- 3 years of experience as a Quality Coordinator/Technician, preferably in the industrial sector, in the canning industry.
- University Degree & Master's degree in engineering, biology, environmental engineering or similar.
- Ability to achieve change and decisions in a fast-paced environment.
- Good Knowledge of auditing and/or managing audit processes.
- Pragmatic skills in Process capability analysis (Statistical Process Controls).
- Excellent communication and influencing organizational skills.
- Management by objectives.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Management and safety-first attitude.
- Fluency in English and Spanish. Any other language is an advantage.
- Good knowledge of SAP.
