Job Summary

Pilatus Aircraft Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team in Seville, Spain. As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our aircraft components and ensuring timely delivery to the final assembly line.

Key Responsibilities

  • Actively ensure and organize quality services in line with Pilatus standards.
  • Further develop the on-site quality services in extent and sophistication.
  • Create, handle, and conclude Quality Notifications as well as perform and support Quality Audits.
  • Responsible for Root Cause Analysis and Corrective Action Implementation as well as liaising with the HQ Quality department.
  • Responsible for creating, maintaining, and changing processes, procedures, and Quality Specifications.
  • Establish, further develop, and implement quality trainings for employees on-site.

Requirements

  • Completed apprenticeship in polymechanics or sheetmetalwork, with 5+ years of metalworking experience.
  • Education in business administration or quality management would be a plus as well as knowledge of aviation QS/QM standards.
  • Proficient in MS Office, SAP, and interpreting certificates and standards.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish (B2 level); knowledge of German is a plus.
  • High level of responsibility, reliability, assertiveness, and quality awareness as well as team-oriented, cooperative.
  • Strong decision-making skills in quality management specifically with regards to acceptance or rejection of first article tests, QM notifications and processes.
