Job Summary:

As a key member of the Far East Advance Plastics Corporation team, the Training and Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and addressing the training needs of the organization. This will involve conducting job analysis, career path development, and consultation with managers to ensure that employees have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their jobs effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement training programs that address specific business needs, including individualized and group training programs.
  • Design and deliver training manuals that target tangible results and align with the company's goals.
  • Conduct various trainings related to personnel improvement and processes, including workshops, seminars, and online training sessions.
  • Implement effective and purposeful training methods, including the use of technology and other resources.
  • Manage the training budget and ensure that training programs are aligned with business objectives.
  • Evaluate organizational performance to ensure that training is meeting business needs and improving performance.
  • Assess employees' skills, performance, and productivity to identify areas of improvement and develop strategies to address them.
  • Ensure that company core values are applied in all training and development activities.
  • Communicate effectively with team members, trainers, and management to ensure that training programs are aligned with business objectives.
  • Develop a curriculum to facilitate strategic training based on the organization's goals and objectives.
  • Select and manage resources, including working with internal employees and training vendors to develop and deliver training.
  • Manage the technologies and technical personnel required to develop, manage, and deliver training.
  • Stay up-to-date with training trends, developments, and best practices to ensure that training programs are current and effective.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of BS Psychology, Human Resource Management, or equivalent ability.
  • Minimum of 5 years related working experience, with experience in the manufacturing industry an advantage.
  • Knowledge of traditional and modern training methods, tools, and techniques.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and database software.
