Job Description:

An exciting opportunity for a skilled professional to join Airbus Defence and Space as a Workshop Manager.

The selected candidate will be responsible for managing the shopfloor organization to meet program requirements, ensuring delivery on Quality, Time, Cost, and Performance (QTCP) commitments.

Main Responsibilities:

1. Efficiently manage production to meet program requirements.

2. Coordinate and lead workshop management and operator teams, overseeing all GNTs and support departments.

3. Develop and implement OES concepts, promoting continuous improvements to optimize processes.

4. Monitor production status, lead L1 SQCDPF boards, and participate in L2 SQCDPF boards.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

1. Aeronautical or Industrial Engineering degree or related discipline.

2. At least 5 years of experience in the area.

3. High adaptability to work on new topics, new business, and in a networking mode.

4. Advanced level in English.
