About the Role

Elastic is a leading provider of enterprise search, observability, and security solutions. As an Employee Relations Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring the consistent treatment of employees across our global business units.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement end-to-end employee relations strategies, focusing on progressive performance management, absence management, and conflict resolution.
  2. Conduct complex investigations, including drafting responses, conducting interviews, and compiling documentation.
  3. Collaborate with HR Partners and COEs to update policies and procedures, ensuring optimal resolution of individual employee relations issues.
  4. Partner with HR Operations to analyze data and design people programs, policies, and practices that sustain positive employee relations.
  5. Identify efficiencies in employee relations and investigations practices, and operationalize core practices and processes.
  6. Develop and present analytics data to stakeholders.
  7. Develop and implement ER processes, share standard methodologies, and improve efficiency with the ER Team's use of Elastic's systems, technologies, and controls.
Requirements
  1. Proven experience in complex global employee relations, including conflict resolution and policy development.
  2. Strong leadership and decision-making skills, with the ability to deliver defensible ER investigation reports.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with managers, senior leaders, and external advisors.
  4. 5+ years of HR experience, with a focus on employee relations and compliance.
