Job Summary

The Fendi Sales Ambassador is a key role in providing exceptional customer service and promoting Fendi's luxury brand. As a Sales Ambassador, you will be responsible for leading individual sales and achieving performance targets and KPIs. You will engage in upselling, cross-selling, and multiple selling for all product categories, while strengthening customer relations and nurturing a loyal Fendi customer base.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage customer service quality to meet customer expectations
  • Support in maintaining inventory accuracy

Qualifications

  • 2-5 years' experience in Fashion/Luxury Sales
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
  • Ability to manage personal image standards at a high level
  • Strong selling and communication skills
  • Excellent relationship-building skills
  • Organization, professionalism, and self-confidence
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Computer skills and knowledge of retail management systems
  • Goal-oriented approach and multitasking ability
  • Strong knowledge of and/or interest in the Fashion/Luxury Industry

Language Requirements

Fluent in English
