About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated International Project Support to join our team at Zurich Insurance Company. As a key member of our International Programs (IPZ) Future team, you will play a critical role in supporting the development and implementation of our international projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee data collection and completion for newly opened Lines of Business (LoB) for country product capabilities
  • Collect and review new reference data, facilitating stakeholders in the process of data upgrade
  • Collaborate with the Underwriting Team to finalize technical content
  • Ensure quality assurance and sign-off with respective countries before data is approved for publishing in central systems
  • Maintain close collaboration with the Line of Business representative, ensuring proactive understanding of tasks and deadlines
  • Drive and organize data collection planning, tracking, and escalation
  • Support Project Managers in tracking project activities and following up with stakeholders
  • Build and maintain communication with respective countries, project, and LoB teams
  • Collaborate and support project teams with ad-hoc queries during the project
Requirements
  • Experience in insurance with underwriting or underwriting service background (advantageous)
  • Understanding of Policy Issuance processes and the life cycle of an International Program (advantageous)
  • High education diploma (Bachelor's degree) in Business Administration, International Business, Law, or equivalent
  • Previous experience working in multinational projects
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Team player with facilitation and coordination skills
  • Fluent in English (other languages an advantage)
