We're seeking an Administrative/Accounting Coordinator to perform the following functions:

  • Manage daily and monthly records (banks, suppliers, customers, etc.).
  • Support in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
  • Reconcile and verify supplier, customer, and bank balances.
  • Issue and send customer invoices.
  • Monitor outstanding payments and manage collections and claims.
  • Assist suppliers, solve doubts, and incidents.

Minimum Requirements

We're looking for a person with outstanding analytical skills, service-oriented, enjoys teamwork, and possesses strong communication skills. A graduate in Business Administration, Economics, Business Management, or equivalent. Must have experience in similar positions. Languages: native or bilingual in Spanish and Catalan. Proficiency in French is highly valued. Passion for art, culture, history, and cultural heritage. Most importantly: being a person capable of creating unique experiences through art and culture, with enthusiasm.
