About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Integration Consulting Specialist to join our team at Amadeus. As an Integration Consulting Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting our customers in the most complex cases of Amadeus product or solution integration.

Main Responsibilities

  • Support Sales Organization: Provide billable consultancy/integration services to improve business performance by supporting the sales organization in the most complex cases, including performing demos, analyzing customer business flows, and proposing integration solutions to meet customer requests.
  • Customer Advisory: Offer advice/consulting to customers on their integration activities between Amadeus systems and customer systems, with full autonomy and for the most complex cases.
  • Integration Support: Provide functional support and problem resolution within the overall integration project, establishing and managing the product/solution integration schedule.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Present complex analysis results in client meetings, identify potential upsell activities for consulting and optimization missions, and propose internal process improvements.
  • Knowledge Transfer: Transfer knowledge to implementers globally and contribute to the creation of user stories corresponding to predefined high-level serviceability requirements.

About Our Ideal Candidate

  • Education: University degree (4 to 5 years) or equivalent qualification.
  • Technical Skills: Knowledge of Amadeus products, Amadeus system architecture, network and protocols, and the travel industry and air shopping products is a plus.
  • Soft Skills: Proficiency in English (written & spoken), multicultural approach and exposure to multicultural work environments, strong communication skills, including presentation skills in a high-tech environment, ability to influence cross-functionally, and a strong customer focus.
