We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Integration Expert to join our team at Amadeus. As an Integration Consulting Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting customers with complex integration cases, providing billable consultancy and integration services to improve business performance.
Main Responsibilities- Support sales organization for integration matters in complex cases, performing demos, analyzing customer business flows, and proposing integration solutions.
- Provide advice and consulting to customers for their integration activities between Amadeus systems and customer systems, with full autonomy.
- Establish and manage product/solution integration schedules, support integration activities during implementation projects, and provide formal integration status, KPIs, and customer feedback reporting to Management.
- Post-Integration & Post-Implementation Consultancy: Ensure product high-level adoption by customers, providing appropriate assistance on daily activities, identifying and prioritizing critical issues, problems, and root causes, and presenting complex analysis results in client meetings.
- Process Improvement: Propose and follow-up internal processes improvement, identify and recommend internal tools/techniques for further process automation.
- Service Design: Contribute to the creation of User Stories corresponding to predefined high-level Serviceability Requirements, review product specification, contribute to the validation of serviceability deliveries within the feature team, build, store, and track Services Documentation, and provide regular status to the line to ensure global coverage and foster synergies within the Construction Domain.
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Technical Integration Expert with a strong background in integration consulting, technical skills, and business acumen. The ideal candidate will have a university degree (4 to 5 years) or equivalent qualification, proficiency in English (written & spoken), multicultural approach, communication skills, ability to influence cross-functionally, customer focus, and interpersonal understanding.
