About the Role

**Job Title:** Integration Consulting Specialist

**Job Summary:** We are seeking a highly skilled Integration Consulting Specialist to join our team at Amadeus. As an Integration Consulting Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting customers in the most complex cases of Amadeus products or solutions integration.

Key Responsibilities
  • **Support Customers:** Provide billable consultancy/integration services to improve business performance.
  • **Assistance & Consulting:** Provide advice/consulting to customers for their integration activities between Amadeus systems and customer systems, with full autonomy and for the most complex cases.
  • **Problem Resolution:** Provide functional support and problem resolution within the overall integration project.
  • **Coaching:** Coach Integration Consulting Specialists for the most complex cases.
  • **Schedule Management:** Establish and manage the product/solution integration schedule.
  • **Integration Activities:** Support Integration activities during the implementation project.
  • **Reporting:** Provide formal integration status, KPIs, and customer feedback reporting to Management.
  • **Post-Integration Consultancy:** Ensure product high-level adoption by the customers in providing appropriate assistance on the daily activities.
  • **Upsell Activities:** Identify potential upsell activities for consulting and optimization missions.
  • **Process Improvement:** Propose and follow-up internal processes improvement.
  • **Internal Tools:** Identify and recommend internal tools/techniques for further process automation.
  • **Service Design:** Contribute to the creation of User Stories corresponding to predefined high-level Serviceability Requirement.
  • **Service Validation:** Contribute to the validation of serviceability deliveries within the feature team.
  • **Service Documentation:** Build, store, and track Services Documentation.
  • **Knowledge Transfer:** Transfer knowledge to Implementers globally.
About You

**Requirements:**

  • University degree (4 to 5 years) or equivalent qualification.
  • Functional & Technical Skills:
    • Knowledge of Amadeus products is a plus.
    • Knowledge of Amadeus System architecture is a plus.
    • Network and protocols knowledge is a plus.
    • Knowledge of the travel industry and Air shopping products is a plus.
  • Competencies and personal Skills:
    • Proficiency in English (written & spoken).
