About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP HCM Payroll Consultant to join our HR & Travel Expenses team at TUI Group.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the implementation of process improvement initiatives and standardize business processes and systems.
  • Focus on technical aspects of projects, including payroll developments, data migration, integration, and coordination.
  • Manage operational relationships with external development and service providers.
  • Coordinate detailed activities in implementing applications and infrastructures.
Requirements
  • Experience with SAP HCM process, including payroll run and activities, social security reports, taxes reports, payroll accounting, and payroll payments.
  • Customizing HCM, including personnel administration, payroll, time management, organizational management, and self-service portal.
  • Apply SAP Notes, including semi-annual legal change packages and SAP Note issues.
  • Deep technical knowledge of SAP Human Resource modules, including SAP HCM, SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, and ABAP/4 programming.
  • Support in Change Management Processes, including participation in cloud projects and coordination of external consultants.
  • Deep knowledge in payroll customizing, wage types, features, payroll scheme, and payroll functions.
  • Previous experience in SAP HR consulting and knowledge of Human Resources business processes.
  • Fluency in English and German is a must, other languages are a plus.
