About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP HCM Payroll Consultant to join our team at TUI Group. As a key member of our HR & Travel Expenses team, you will be responsible for providing support to the Technology Team Leader and participating in project work related to process improvement initiatives and business process standardization.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting the implementation of payroll developments, data migration, integration, and coordination/participation in development work.
  • Ensuring the integration of applications and infrastructures with other processes/teams.
  • Managing the operational relationship with external near-shore and offshore development and service providers.

About You

  • Experience running all process-related to deliver the payroll, including payroll run and activities, social security reports, taxes reports, payroll accounting, and payroll payments.
  • Customizing HCM, including personnel administration, payroll, time management, organizational management, and self-service portal.
  • Deep technical knowledge of the SAP Human Resource modules, including SAP HCM, SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, and ABAP/4 programming.
  • Support in Change Management Processes, including participation in cloud projects and coordination of external consultants.
