SAP HCM Payroll Expert for International Travel Company

We are seeking a skilled SAP HCM Payroll Consultant to join our HR & travel expenses team at TUI Group.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting the Technology Team Leader in helping with various tasks and projects.
You will participate in the implementation of process improvement initiatives and the standardization of business processes and systems. Your focus will be on the technical aspects of projects, including payroll developments, data migration, integration, and coordination/participation in development work.
You will ensure that issues and concerns are discussed and resolved quickly and effectively. You will coordinate detailed activities in implementing applications and infrastructures, ensuring the integration with other processes/teams.
Your role also includes managing the operational relationship with external near-shore and offshore development and service providers regarding planning, execution, and quality control. Proactive and prompt interaction with the end-user community is vital for the success of the team.
About Our Team
The HR & Travel Expenses team manages TUI's corporate tools related to payroll and travel expenses. We work in an international environment, supporting HR departments for different countries.
Key Responsibilities:- SAP HCM Process: Experience running all process-related tasks to deliver payroll, including payroll run and activities, social security reports, taxes reports, payroll accounting, and payroll payments.
- Customizing HCM: Personnel administration, payroll, time management, organizational management, and self-service portal customization.
- Apply SAP Notes: Responsible for the proper implementation of semi-annual legal change packages in HCM, including SAP Note issues and new legal requirements.
- Deep technical knowledge of SAP Human Resource modules: SAP HCM, SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central integration with SAP HCM (CPI), and ABAP/4 programming.
- Support in Change Management Processes: Participation in cloud projects for introducing Employee Central, focusing on migration and replication of employee master data, coordination of external consultants, and onboarding of new users.
- Deep knowledge in payroll customizing, wage types, features, payroll scheme, and payroll functions.
- Previous experience in SAP HR consulting.
- Knowledge of Human Resources business processes.
- Fluency in English and German is a must; other languages are a plus.
