About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP HCM Payroll Consultant to join our HR & Travel Expenses team at TUI Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing support to the Technology Team Leader and participating in project work related to process improvement initiatives and business process standardization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the implementation of process improvement initiatives and standardization of business processes and systems
  • Focus on technical aspects of projects, including payroll developments, data migration, integration, and coordination/participation in development work
  • Ensure issues and concerns are discussed and resolved quickly and effectively
  • Coordinate detailed activities in implementing applications and infrastructures, ensuring integration with other processes/teams
  • Manage operational relationship with external near shore and offshore development and service providers
About You
  • SAP HCM process experience running all processes related to payroll delivery
  • Customizing HCM: Personnel administration, Payroll, Time Management, Organizational management, Self-service portal
  • Apply SAP Notes: Responsible for proper implementation of semi-annual legal change packages in HCM
  • Deep technical knowledge of SAP Human Resource modules: SAP HCM, SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, Integration with SAP HCM (CPI), ABAP/4 programming
  • Support in Change Management Processes: Participation in cloud project for introducing Employee Central with focus on migration and replication of employee master data
Requirements
  • Fluency in English and German is a must; other languages are a plus
  • Previous experience in SAP HR consulting
  • Knowledge of Human Resources business processes
