About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP HCM Payroll Consultant to join our HR & Travel Expenses team at TUI Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality payroll support in SAP, ensuring compliance with Service Level Agreements and budget constraints.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage payroll for multiple countries, including Germany, Switzerland, Spain, and Portugal.
  • Participate in project work to implement process improvements and standardize business processes and systems.
  • Focus on technical aspects of projects, such as payroll developments, data migration, integration, and coordination.
  • Ensure issues and concerns are discussed and resolved quickly and effectively.
  • Coordinate detailed activities in implementing applications and infrastructures, ensuring integration with other processes and teams.
  • Manage operational relationships with external development and service providers.
About the Team

The HR & Travel Expenses team manages TUI corporate tools related to payroll and travel expenses. We work in an international environment, supporting HR departments for different countries.

About You

We are looking for a candidate with experience in SAP HCM processes, including payroll runs, social security reports, taxes reports, payroll accounting, and payroll payments. You should also have a deep understanding of SAP Human Resource modules, including SAP HCM and SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
