About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP HCM Payroll Consultant to join our team at TUI Group. As a key member of our HR & Travel Expenses team, you will play a crucial role in providing support to our Technology Team Leader and contributing to the implementation of process improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the implementation of process improvement initiatives and the standardization of business processes and systems.
  • Focus on the technical aspects of projects, including payroll developments, data migration, integration, and coordination/participation in development work.
  • Ensure that issues and concerns are discussed and resolved quickly and effectively.
  • Coordinate detailed activities in implementing applications and infrastructures, ensuring integration with other processes/teams.
  • Manage the operational relationship with external near-shore and offshore development and service providers with respect to planning, execution, and quality control.
About You
  • Proven experience in SAP HCM process, including payroll run and activities, social security reports, taxes reports, payroll accounting, and payroll payments.
  • Customizing HCM, including personnel administration, payroll, time management, organizational management, and self-service portal.
  • Apply SAP Notes, including responsible for the proper implementation of semi-annual legal change packages in HCM and SAP Note Issues & New legal requirements.
  • Deep technical knowledge of SAP Human Resource modules, including SAP HCM, SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, and ABAP/4 programming.
  • Support in Change Management Processes, including participation in the cloud project for introducing Employee Central with a focus on migration and replication of employee master data.
  • Deep knowledge in payroll customizing, wage types, features, payroll scheme, and payroll functions.
  • Previous experience in SAP HR consulting and knowledge of Human Resources business processes.
  • Fluency in English and German is a must, other languages are a plus.
