About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP HCM Payroll Consultant to join our team at TUI Group. As a key member of our HR & Travel Expenses team, you will be responsible for providing expert support to our Technology Team Leader and contributing to the implementation of process improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the implementation of process improvement initiatives and standardize business processes and systems.
  • Focus on technical aspects of projects, including payroll developments, data migration, integration, and coordination/participation in development work.
  • Ensure issues and concerns are discussed and resolved quickly and effectively.
  • Coordinate detailed activities in implementing applications and infrastructures, ensuring integration with other processes/teams.
  • Manage operational relationships with external near-shore and offshore development and service providers.

About You

  • SAP HCM process experience, including payroll run and activities, social security reports, taxes reports, payroll accounting, and payroll payments.
  • Customizing HCM, including personnel administration, payroll, time management, organizational management, and self-service portal.
  • Apply SAP Notes, including responsible implementation of semi-annual legal change packages in HCM and SAP Note issues/new legal requirements.
  • Deep technical knowledge of SAP Human Resource modules, including SAP HCM, SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, and ABAP/4 programming.
  • Support in Change Management Processes, including participation in cloud projects and coordination of external consultants.
  • Deep knowledge in payroll customizing, wage types, features, payroll scheme, and payroll functions.
  • Previous experience in SAP HR consulting and knowledge of Human Resources business processes.
  • Fluency in English and German is a must, other languages are a plus.
