### Job Title: Snr Director, Business Applications Sales Leader

### Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Snr Director, Business Applications Sales Leader to lead our sales efforts in the Business Applications segment. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and customer acquisition in this critical market.

### Key Responsibilities

* Lead the sales of Dynamics 365 and Power Platform portfolio, with a focus on ERP for the SMB segment
* Manage direct and indirect channel sales, with a strong emphasis on digital sales and programmatic execution
* Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and customer acquisition
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including Sales Excellence and Finance organizations, to unlock data evidence and distill business insights
* Capture the voice of the customer and partner with regular engagements to understand core needs and communicate critical insights to segment, solution areas, and product teams leadership

### Qualifications

* Proven experience in business consulting, sales, sales operations, information technology (IT), account management, business development, marketing, IT field sales, engineering, or a related field
* Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Engineering, or a related field
* Demonstrated experience in Near Term Strategy (2 years out), Management Consulting, Sales, or Finance
