About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Sales Leader to join our team at Trane Technologies. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading the sales department and driving business growth through strategic planning and execution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a commercial strategy aligned with corporate objectives.
  • Set sales targets and create plans to achieve them.

Requirements
  • Engineer or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Sales.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in leading commercial teams and extensive commercial experience in the industrial sector.
  • Experience in the sale of equipment and services to the industry.
  • Knowledge of industrial refrigeration/HVAC.
  • Solid knowledge of developing commercial strategies.
  • High level of proactivity and goal-oriented.
  • Advanced level of English.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships.
  • Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
