About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Community Engagement Specialist to join our team at Proton Ag. As a key member of our community team, you will be responsible for driving growth, engagement, and excitement across all our social media platforms, communities, and other outlets where we can interact with our highly engaged audience.
Key Responsibilities
- Help grow the Proton community by proposing, testing, and implementing strategies to increase engagement and reach across various social channels.
- Create value-rich content that resonates with the community, drives engagement, and aims to educate, inspire, and entertain existing and new audiences.
- Listen to the Proton community by serving as the bridge between the community and our development team, gathering feedback, monitoring community sentiment, and providing insights to guide product improvements and developments.
- Protect Proton's reputation by efficiently managing and mitigating any community-related issues or crises, protecting Proton's reputation and community trust.
- Analyze and optimize our efforts by contributing to the team's reports and helping make sense of our social media presence, community engagement, and content performance.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in community and brand reputation management.
- 1+ years of experience in tech/SaaS.
- Demonstrated success in managing and growing social media accounts and online communities.
- Experience with managing crisis communications and brand reputation.
- Outstanding written communication skills.
- Strategic planning and execution skills.
- Solid understanding and passion for the internet and social media.
- Independent, self-motivated, and proactive.
- EN native speaker.
- Experience with both B2C and B2B audiences.
- Comfortable working in fast-paced environments.
