We are seeking a highly skilled EU Trust & Safety Specialist to join our team at Amazon. As an Escalations Specialist, you will be responsible for resolving complex customer issues and providing exceptional service to our business customers.
Key Responsibilities- Resolve customer escalations and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with business customers to ensure their needs are met.
- Utilize conflict resolution and decision-making skills to resolve complex customer issues.
- Stay up-to-date with company policies and procedures to ensure compliance.
- Work independently to identify and resolve issues, and collaborate with team members to achieve goals.
- Advanced proficiency in English, German, and French language in both written and verbal communication.
- Completed Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Previous customer service experience.
- Proficient in a fourth language (Spanish, Italian, or Dutch).
- Relevant experience working with the MS Office suite in a professional environment.
- Previous experience working in escalations.
- Experience managing stakeholders in a small to medium organization.
