Digital Content Strategist

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Content Digital Marketing Manager to join our team at Ria Financial. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive content strategy that drives user engagement and conversion on our public website and app.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a content strategy that aligns with our business goals and objectives
- Manage complex web projects to improve site design, features, and content
- Create and edit high-quality digital content, including UX page layouts and compelling copy
- Craft detailed web user personas, content matrices, and customer-centric content roadmaps
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify top content gap opportunities
- Manage relationships with stakeholders and develop a streamlined system to support their requests
- Improve back-end content strategy within our CMS and write content documentation
- Conduct A/B testing to track and improve web content
- Collaborate on digital blog strategy and writing with editorial and SEO managers
- Grow and manage a team dedicated to public web content strategy and creation
- Track analytics and report on web content marketing efforts to executives
Requirements:
- 5-7 years experience in content marketing or web content creation
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Journalism, English, Design, or a similar area of study
- Experience working with a Content Management System (CMS)
- Strong ability to write and edit for a web-based audience
- Basic knowledge of search engine optimization (SEO) best practices
- Creativity, resourcefulness, and a detail-oriented approach
- A knack for staying organized with multiple deliverables and competing timelines
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with HTML/CSS
- Experience with basic web design
