Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Office Assistant to manage the daily operations of our General Manager's office. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be proficient in MS Office, and have a strong understanding of confidentiality and discretion.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the General Manager's calendar, schedule appointments, and arrange meetings
- Coordinate travel plans, itineraries, and business meetings
- Handle all correspondence, including emails and letters
- Maintain confidential information and ensure high integrity
- Provide administrative support to the General Manager and other team members
- University Graduate
- At least 2 years of executive assistant experience
- Proficient in MS Office programs
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Fluent in English (both writing & speaking)
