Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Office Assistant to manage the daily operations of our General Manager's office. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be proficient in MS Office, and have a strong understanding of confidentiality and discretion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the General Manager's calendar, schedule appointments, and arrange meetings
  • Coordinate travel plans, itineraries, and business meetings
  • Handle all correspondence, including emails and letters
  • Maintain confidential information and ensure high integrity
  • Provide administrative support to the General Manager and other team members
Requirements
  • University Graduate
  • At least 2 years of executive assistant experience
  • Proficient in MS Office programs
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Fluent in English (both writing & speaking)
