About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative to join our team at Apartool. As a Sales Development Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and revenue by identifying and qualifying new leads, building relationships with potential clients, and closing deals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively participate in lead generation campaigns to identify and qualify new business opportunities.
  • Conduct market research and individual prospect research to stay up-to-date on industry trends and client needs.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our corporate housing solutions and services to effectively communicate their value to potential clients.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at target companies to establish Apartool as a trusted partner in the temporary accommodation market.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute sales strategies that drive business growth and revenue.
Requirements
  • Advanced level of English and Spanish language proficiency, with additional languages such as French, Portuguese, and German being an asset.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and objectives.
