Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and proactive Customer Experience Intern to join our Operations team. As a Customer Experience Intern, you will play a key role in optimizing every touchpoint within the customer journey, assisting and supporting our CX agents in providing an exceptional experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide assistance to the Customer Experience team by contacting tenants through email and phone calls, reviewing the status of bookings, and invoicing internally and with our users.
  • Support the Customer Experience team in their success analysis by gathering insights on a customer's journey through the platform, to help solve issues and push user recurrency.
  • Train on handling client experience and dispute management skills.
  • Learn how to use CRMs and ticketing systems and apply them to our customer experience workflow.
  • Gain experience in our Customer Journey process and work with different IT tools and ticketing systems.
Requirements:
  • High English level. Other languages are a plus.
  • Clear communication skills and a proactive and positive approach.
  • Interest in technology, property, and travel industry.
  • Organisational skills and the ability to multitask.
  • Agility, desire to learn, and a start-up mentality.
  • Ability to sign an internship agreement with your educational institution.
