Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly motivated and proactive Customer Experience Intern to join our Operations team. As a Customer Experience Intern, you will play a key role in optimizing every touchpoint within the customer journey, assisting and supporting our CX agents in providing an exceptional experience for our customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide assistance to the Customer Experience team by contacting tenants through email and phone calls, reviewing the status of bookings, and invoicing internally and with our users.
- Support the Customer Experience team in their success analysis by gathering insights on a customer's journey through the platform, to help solve issues and push user recurrency.
- Train on handling client experience and dispute management skills.
- Learn how to use CRMs and ticketing systems and apply them to our customer experience workflow.
- Gain experience in our Customer Journey process and work with different IT tools and ticketing systems.
- High English level. Other languages are a plus.
- Clear communication skills and a proactive and positive approach.
- Interest in technology, property, and travel industry.
- Organisational skills and the ability to multitask.
- Agility, desire to learn, and a start-up mentality.
- Ability to sign an internship agreement with your educational institution.
- Gain experience in our Customer Journey process and work with different IT tools and ticketing systems.
- Strong support and onboarding gaining insight and experience of working within a global award-winning startup.
- Additional training in Reporting and Analytics.
- Plenty of growth and learning opportunities.
