Client Success Director (Digital Marketing)

Good Rebels is seeking a seasoned Client Success Director to lead our digital marketing efforts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, overseeing project execution, and identifying new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships.
  • Project Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of digital marketing projects, ensuring timely completion, within scope, and within budget.
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing client accounts, developing and implementing strategies to generate new leads.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in client management, project management, and business development within a digital marketing agency.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and tactics.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to think strategically and solve complex problems.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software.
