Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic HR leader to join our team at Belmonte Group as VP of Human Resources and Organizational Development. This is a unique opportunity to lead the development and implementation of our human capital strategy, driving business growth and success through effective talent management, organizational design, and employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive human capital strategy aligned with the company's business objectives, focusing on talent acquisition, employee development, succession planning, retention, and performance management.
  • Provide strategic guidance and support to senior management on HR-related matters, including organizational design, change management, and employee communications.
  • Lead the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and programs to ensure consistency and compliance across the organization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes, including talent development, employee engagement, and retention.
  • Manage and develop a high-performing HR team, providing coaching, mentoring, and performance management to ensure the team's success.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including senior management, employees, and external partners.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements, applying this knowledge to drive business results and improve HR processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of professional HR experience, with a strong track record of success in talent management, organizational development, and employee engagement.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to analyze data and drive business outcomes.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Experience working in a global or multicultural environment, with a strong understanding of diverse perspectives and needs.
