About the Role

C.H. Robinson is seeking a skilled Associate Operations Coordinator to support our European Surface Transportation division in Barcelona.

This key position involves performing operational tasks that enable C.H. Robinson to meet the transportation needs of customers and carriers. With a focus on data integrity, quality, and efficiency, you will execute tasks such as providing shipment information, creating orders, activating shipments, building loads, assigning loads, scheduling appointments, tracking and tracing shipments, entering events, and invoicing.

You will also monitor task boards and assigned email accounts to respond to customer and carrier requests, document events utilizing knowledge gained through SOPs and experience, and follow defined escalation procedures and training.

Additionally, you will validate and ensure the accuracy of load data in systems according to CHR and customer standards.

Responsibilities

Requirements
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Previous customer service or sales experience
  • Fluent communication in both English and Spanish
  • Ability to work evenings and/or weekends (select roles only)
