About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Assistant to join our team at Reconocida empresa. As an Executive Assistant, you will provide administrative support to our Global Revenue Leadership team and Senior Leadership team, enabling their success through organization, coordination, and administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Calendar and Meeting Management: Manage complex calendars, coordinate meetings, and ensure seamless execution of events.
  2. Travel Arrangements: Arrange domestic and international travel, including booking flights, hotels, and rental cars.
  3. Meeting and Event Planning: Coordinate logistics, catering, and audiovisual equipment for meetings and events.
  4. Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to Senior Leadership team members, including data entry, document preparation, and filing.
  5. Communication and Relationship Building: Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including external vendors, executives, and senior leaders.
  6. Special Projects: Lead and collaborate on special projects, including research, data analysis, and report preparation.
Requirements
  1. 3-5 years of administrative experience supporting leadership and/or executives.
  2. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  3. Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  4. Ability to deal with ambiguity and prioritize tasks in response to unexpected changes in priorities/requests.
  5. Demonstrated ability to proactively approach tasks.
  6. Strong intuition and ability to develop and maintain high trust.
  7. Poise and professionalism to match the seasoned executives they support.
  8. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Apps.
  9. Proficiency in English.
  10. BS or BA degree preferred.
