Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Working Student in Towers Procurement. As a key member of our procurement team, you will play a crucial role in supporting our day-to-day operations and strategic activities.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Procurement Support: Assist with PMD (Procurement Master Data) processes in Ariba and SAP, including onboarding new suppliers, qualifying suppliers, and updating prices.
  2. Contract Management: Support in managing contracts in Ariba.
  3. Business Intelligence: Create and maintain business-relevant KPIs and reports.
  4. Sourcing and Analysis: Support in sourcing processes in Ariba, including request for quotations and e-auctions, and analyze quotes.
  5. Process Optimization: Support in driving and optimizing internal procurement processes.
  6. Supplier and Technology Screening: Conduct supplier and/or technology screenings.
Requirements
  1. Passion for Renewable Energy: Demonstrate a strong passion for renewable energy and a sense of the importance of leading the change.
  2. Education and Experience: Hold a degree in Business Administration, Management, or Engineering, and have already completed relevant internships or working student positions.
  3. Technical Skills: Be proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel, and have experience with report, presentation, and datasheet creation. VBA skills are a plus.
  4. Soft Skills: Possess high motivation, self-drive, attention to detail, and analytical skills, as well as well-structured communication and coordination skills.
  5. Language Skills: Have excellent business fluency in English, both verbally and in writing. Spanish or German is a plus.
