Key Responsibilities- Supplier Management: Manage the Suppliers Prequalification process, coordinating with Project Engineering and Finance teams for technical evaluation and risk analyses.
- Market Intelligence: Stay up-to-date with market trends to obtain rates from suppliers for project cost estimates.
- Tender Management: Lead the preparation and management of RFP/RFQ and tenders, ensuring alignment with project and company requirements.
- Proposal Analysis: Conduct accurate analysis and comparisons of proposals received by suppliers.
- Supplier Communication: Be the point of contact for suppliers during the Tender process and contract negotiation.
- Purchasing Activities: Take ownership of operating purchasing activities, preparing internal approvals requests and purchasing orders.
- Project Support: Provide support to the Project and Construction Management team during project execution for extra orders and claim management.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a comparable field.
- Experience: 3-5 years of experience in procurement or supplier management, preferably in the renewable energy sector.
- Skills: Proficiency in MS Office and Excel, with strong analytical and communication skills.
- Language: Business fluency in English and Spanish, with any other European language being an advantage.
