About the Role

At Q-Energy, we are committed to creating a sustainable future through innovative green energy solutions. As a leading provider of holistic renewable energy services, we are seeking a highly skilled EPC Sourcing and Procurement Manager to join our team.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Supplier Management: Manage the Suppliers Prequalification process, coordinating with Project Engineering and Finance teams for technical evaluation and risk analyses.
  2. Market Intelligence: Stay up-to-date with market trends to obtain rates from suppliers for project cost estimates.
  3. Tender Management: Lead the preparation and management of RFP/RFQ and tenders, ensuring alignment with project and company requirements.
  4. Proposal Analysis: Conduct accurate analysis and comparisons of proposals received by suppliers.
  5. Supplier Communication: Be the point of contact for suppliers during the Tender process and contract negotiation.
  6. Purchasing Activities: Take ownership of operating purchasing activities, preparing internal approvals requests and purchasing orders.
  7. Project Support: Provide support to the Project and Construction Management team during project execution for extra orders and claim management.
Requirements
  1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a comparable field.
  2. Experience: 3-5 years of experience in procurement or supplier management, preferably in the renewable energy sector.
  3. Skills: Proficiency in MS Office and Excel, with strong analytical and communication skills.
  4. Language: Business fluency in English and Spanish, with any other European language being an advantage.
