**Job Summary**

The Radisson Hotel Group, Madrid Office- Procurement & Sourcing is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Global Strategic Sourcing Manager to join our team. As a key member of our procurement team, you will be responsible for implementing effective sourcing strategies for various IT and digital categories and services.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Develop and execute global category strategies to ensure cost savings while maintaining and improving quality.
  • Manage suppliers' performance, focusing on continuous total cost control and performance improvement.
  • Build and maintain a global supplier base, including contracting, negotiations, relationship building, risk management, and supplier performance.
  • Secure global KPIs performance and procurement policy implementation.
  • Provide continuous support to IT teams, increasing compliance.
  • Effectively negotiate pricing, contracts, and SLAs with suppliers to ensure optimum costs and reliable supply.

**Requirements**

  • Organized and accountable with excellent negotiation skills.
  • Able to work within a global and highly matrixed organization.
  • Thinks strategically and clarifies critical priorities to create business value.
  • Able to assess potential risks and influences internally and externally.
  • Excellent English communication skills; French written and verbal communication skills are a bonus.
