Job Title: Sales Intern

About the Role:

Kontoor Brands, the parent company of Wrangler, Lee, and Rock & Republic, is seeking a Sales Intern to join our team in Madrid, Spain. As a Sales Intern, you will play a crucial role in supporting the daily operations of our sales department and contributing to the growth of our iconic denim brands.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the sales team in processing NOS reorders and proactive telephone support for customers with repeat orders.
  • Send ATP lists and best-sellers to our account base on a regular basis.
  • Assist the sales team in inputting NOS orders and prepare weekly newsletters for customers with prebooks.
  • Onboard new field accounts to our B2B platform and explain its benefits to customers and agents.
  • Manage digital collection overviews, best-sellers, and point-of-sale materials, including real and digital displays.
  • Support the sales team in preparing product proposals in PPT and updating sell-out information.
  • Prepare customer data sheets, including master data information, product descriptions, and imagery.
  • Support the creation of MO lists and their upload/order entry.
  • Track prebook orders and check system orders.

Requirements:

  • Study in Business Administration, Economics, Retail, or Fashion.
  • Good spoken and written command of English and Spanish.
  • PC literate, with skills in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to communicate and build relationships with internal and external parties.
