About the Role:
Kontoor Brands, a leading global apparel company, is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sales Intern to join our team. As a Sales Intern, you will play a critical role in supporting the daily operations of our sales department and contribute to the growth and success of our iconic denim brands, Wrangler and Lee.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the sales team in processing new orders and reorders, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of products to customers.
- Proactively communicate with customers to resolve any issues or concerns related to orders or product availability.
- Assist in the preparation and distribution of sales materials, such as product catalogs and sales reports.
- Support the implementation of sales campaigns and promotions, including the creation of sales materials and the coordination of in-store displays.
- Provide administrative support to the sales team, including data entry, filing, and other tasks as needed.
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Economics, Retail, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and able to learn new software applications quickly.
