About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team in the Netherlands. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our Dutch-speaking merchants and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries via phone and cases
  • Own issues to the point of resolution, offering unique solutions to merchants
  • Manage a workflow in line with departmental and individual goals, adhering to quality standards
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
Requirements
  • Fluent Dutch language skills, both written and spoken
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Computer literacy to an intermediate level
  • Organized and diligent with a strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a variety of day-to-day workloads
