Scopely is in search of a Performance Marketing Manager to enhance our User Acquisition team. This role is pivotal in driving player engagement and growth through various digital marketing channels. Key Responsibilities
- Manage substantial performance marketing budgets across diverse channels to optimize game growth and profitability.
- Develop, implement, and refine mobile marketing campaigns across essential platforms, including Meta, Google, TikTok, and more.
- Identify and cultivate innovative solutions for user acquisition, negotiating partnerships that enhance our marketing efforts globally.
- Design and execute A/B and multivariate testing, sharing insights with relevant teams to drive improvements.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to generate compelling ad creative concepts and conduct creative testing.
- Work cross-functionally with product, monetization, data, and creative teams to enhance our portfolio through comprehensive lifecycle marketing.
- Maintain expertise in user acquisition, monitoring key metrics and trends.
- Proactively identify potential challenges and opportunities based on current methodologies.
- Seek out new partnerships to diversify our marketing portfolio.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Mathematics, Marketing, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in media buying, user acquisition, or performance marketing.
- Strong grasp of conversion metrics, retention rates, and lifetime value predictions.
- Ability to identify emerging trends and diversify strategies across user acquisition and organic channels.
- Proven communication skills with cross-functional teams.
- Hands-on experience with digital advertising platforms such as Facebook Ads and Google Ads is advantageous.
- Exceptional analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Excel is essential; knowledge of SQL is a plus.
- Fluency in English is required to engage with our diverse global team.
