About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Real Estate Listings Manager to join our team at Importante empresa. As a key member of our luxury property business, you will be responsible for overseeing the Listings team in Zona Alta to achieve sales and listings goals.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales and team management, with a deep understanding of the Zona Alta Real Estate Market. You will be responsible for developing and implementing effective listing strategies, setting performance goals for the team, and tracking results.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Develop and Implement Listing Strategies: Work with the commercial leadership team to develop and implement effective listing strategies that drive sales and listings growth.
  2. Team Management: Manage and mentor a team of listing agents, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their performance goals.
  3. Performance Tracking and Analysis: Track and analyze team performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to drive growth.
  4. Market Knowledge and Trends: Stay up-to-date with market trends and developments, using this knowledge to inform listing strategies and drive business growth.
  5. Customer Service and Escalations: Provide exceptional customer service, resolving owner escalations and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  6. Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with commercial leadership, marketing, and other teams to ensure alignment and effective communication.
Requirements
  1. Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in sales and team management, with a proven track record in the real estate sector.
  2. Market Knowledge: Deep understanding of the Zona Alta Real Estate Market, including mid to high-end product.
  3. Skills: Excellent analytical and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  4. Language: Bi-lingual Spanish and Catalan, with proficient English.
