Key Responsibilities- Activate top retail partners: Collaborate with local retail teams to align on priorities and ensure their success, creating the necessary tools, processes, and support systems to empower them to shine and deliver exceptional results.
- Lead global negotiations: Take charge of negotiations directly with the headquarters of potential partners, utilizing your strategic process and relationship-building skills to secure advantageous deals.
- Elevate the performance of local teams: Provide feedback, support, and training to inspire and raise the bar for our local teams, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Build playbooks and tools for local teams: Develop and improve the tools our local teams use, such as commercial pitches, contract templates, commission guidelines, and commercial strategy.
- Experience and leadership: Proven track record of over five years of experience, with at least one year leading commercial teams in fast-paced environments.
- Entrepreneurial mindset: Driven to build a business from scratch, with a natural bias for action and the ability to push for rapid progress.
- Retail business acumen: Understanding of the intricacies of the retail industry, including revenue dynamics and key drivers.
- Strong communication skills: Ability to effectively communicate, both verbally and in writing, to bring clarity to local teams and partners.
- Data-driven decision-making: Ability to make decisions based on sound analysis and business judgment.
