Job Title: Global Retail Analytics Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Global Retail Analytics Manager to join our team at Puig. As a key member of our Global Retail organization, you will be responsible for developing and maximizing Retail Excellence and WW Retail measurement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement clear KPIs, procedures, and dashboards to support markets in day-to-day business with comprehensive and up-to-date data.
  • Contribute to the further development and sharing of effective and efficient retail targets and guidelines with WW markets.
  • Ensure Retail excellence by providing clear and financial KPIs and processes to be complied.
  • Manage existing Retail Tools (REX) and help in developing new functionalities within the tool in collaboration with IT teams.
  • Understand local Retail reality by market and give action plan and performance advice in collaboration with finance team.
  • Elaborate and design Retail Dashboards for Retail Tools (BA App, REX, BE App).
  • Provide analytical and process guidance to WW markets.

Requirements:

  • 5 years of experience in a similar position (Experience in Retail, Luxury, Fashion, FCMG, etc is an asset)
  • University Degree or master's in business School. Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, Economics or related field.
  • Spanish and English are a must. French will be highly valued.
  • Tableau, SAC, Power BI or any dashboard designing tool is a must

  • Has solid presentation skills.
  • Can work both individually and as part of a team.
