Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Payroll Coordinator to join our team at Empresa reconocida, a leading organization in the logistics and transportation industry. As a Payroll Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our global payroll processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Payroll Administration: You will be responsible for day-to-day payroll administration on managed service and outsourced platforms, ensuring compliance with statutory and business requirements.
  2. Compliance and Risk Management: You will investigate and correct any errors in the case of system or process issues, ensuring that segregation of duties and data protection standards are met.
  3. Payroll Processing: You will prepare monthly payrolls according to schedule, preparing documentation accurately and on time, under supervision.
  4. Vendor Management: You will work with internal and external audit teams to ensure that systems and processes meet best practice, and manage vendor relationships, including integration of new systems and vendors.
Requirements:
  1. 1-2 years payroll experience.
  2. SAP In-house payroll processing.
  3. Fluent level of English.
  4. Payroll vendor or Social Insurance experience are a plus.
Preferred Skills and Knowledge:
  1. MS Office Intermediate (Word/Excel/PowerPoint) desirable.
  2. Business acumen (knowledge of each business and how to navigate to get things done).
  3. Attention to detail working with remote locations.
  4. Experience of working with administrative function is a plus.
Languages:

Essential: English, Spanish

Preferred Education:

Degree and equivalent - Human Resources Management

Preferred Level of Work Experience:

1 - 3 years
